Sure DCUO Starfire is more regular flames than the green blasts a lot of us grew up with. It can be done and wouldn't be too hard of a power to create. Just have it be Green with a yellow greenish secondary color and purple with a blueish purple secondary or something. To differentiate the colors from HL and Celestial. Green for heroes and purple for villains. I think Starfire and Blackfire could easily be the inspirations for a two sided Tamaranian power.
